I asked some questions through the messaging system before purchase. The rep was quick to respond, but very brief. "Yes", "no", and "good choice" weren't really what I was looking for. I was hoping for some more insight: pro's, con's, etc. when I specifically asked about two comparable products. So, now I'm not 100% confident in my choice, but I was tired of trying to drag information out of the rep. I was hoping to get more benefit from someone who has experienced more of your products than I have. I'm a bit disappointed.
