I contacted Upscale to ask the compliance of the Shelter 501 cart. The response was "We don't know." So, I emailed the USA distributor for Shelter with the same question. They sent me a spreadsheet with compliance and other specs for all Shelter carts. Took me about 10 minutes of work. Upscale should have done this instead of just saying we don't know.
