I'm a returning customer and have been very pleased with my earlier transactions. This time, I wanted some additional information before ordering a set of four vacuum tubes for my Schiit Freya preamp and so I placed an online request. After waiting a while I became impatient and, since I totally trust Kevin, I placed the order anyway. Other than that, since the website is well designed, my experience was excellent.
