WARNING - THINK BEFORE SWITCHING TO UTILITY POINT
I also made the mistake of allowing a credit balance to build up and have been trying to obtain a refund from Utility Point for months. They have failed to meet two of their own deadlines to repay so I am now going legal in the Claims Court to obtain my refund. They made a large loss of nearly £8m last year (is this why so many people on this site cannot get a refund?) and there is no-one to speak to about it by phone. Best to avoid them at all costs.
