I have closed the account with Utility Point following the death of my father and subsequent sale of his house.
Customer After Service is non existent and trying to get back the £106 that they owe me is proving impossible, even though their £30 closure charge per service was soon enough deducted from what they owe to his estate.
I cannot recommend them as a service provider.
