Just like thousands of other people, I moved house in November and have been waiting for the return of my £400 credit.
You can’t call them or talk to them, they promise to pay within 10 days, they send emails telling you it’s been sent to finance for payment but nothing ever materialises!
These people are crooks and basically stealing money. It can’t be much longer before they go out of business.
