Regret allowing look after my bills to switch me to this company. I was paying £83 monthly DD. Got an email off them this morning saying they were increasing my monthly DD to £133. Because they believe I will be using more energy than they thought. Though I've been sending meter readings they're still estimating my monthly usage.
Told them I'm moving supplier but they want exit fee's. I've only been with them for 3 months but never signed up for this.
Definitely stay well away from this company.
