This is worst energy company I have been with, I am an ex soldier 14 years for queen & country I have spent more on energy with this utility point than any other supplier, the app is confusing in that it contradicts amounts paid balance ,statement are different, I give meter reads every month without fail, I can't wait to get away from utility point,I can in sept,you need to treat customers with slot more help ,and update information on the app,customers are fed up with GUESSING what they owe.
This is a true review I do not recommend utility point.
