In all honestly i would give more stars but -20 stars.I joined with them in late June 2019 after their estimation than we agreed they would take £103.00 a month D/D from my account, they did that for two months than they took £210.00 again £210.00 without informing me bear in mind that i am a disabled person.i tried to call U.P twice each time i waited more than 37 and 49 min, on the phone but no answer third time they answered after 51 min, when i asked whey they took more than double from me all they said was because it was cold weather, bear in mind that i live in a small bungalow than they told me they had no meter reading but i did give meter reading at the start and in between and when i asked what is going on he told me they are a small company and these sort of things does happen.Finally all can say just DO NOT JOIN THEM and the name should change UTILITY POINT TO USELESS POINTLESS company.
