Utility Point worked out as the cheapest supplier for us. We hadn't heard of them but they had good reviews and green credentials so we decided to give them a go. Right from the start their customer service was the best we've ever experienced. We were sent a welcome pack really quickly which explained everything and gave a timescale for changeover. We regularly received progress updates and everything happened on the dates that they had stated. We've only been with them for a month but very impressed do far
