I was with Utility Point at my old property and thought they was amazing. So when I moved I rang them to see if I could just continue with them. They said the old property needed to be closed down first and I would need to open a new one for the new property. This was straight forward and they kept me informed every step of the way by sending me emails. I did not hesitate I was defo going with them again. The switch over was straight forward and I got a refund because of the credit I had built up from the previous property. It was very quick and went straight into my bank. The service, standard, customer service, switch over, knowledge, keeping you up to date overall is all 100% satisfaction by me and will recommend them every time. When I first went onto the comparison website and they come up the cheapest I was unsure because I had not heard of them. But thought I would take a chance. I am so glad I did. Thank you :)
