I left Utility Point several months ago yet despite numerous emails and regular promises to refund me the balance owed to me I am still waiting for them to settle my account. Essentially they appear to be doing everything possible to avoid paying me back for as long as possible - ignoring my emails, promising to get back in touch and then not doing so, saying payment has been made and then inventing excuses, promising to 'escalate' things over and over again. Worst service ever. Avoid at all costs
