Recently switched from utility point to another company and they are still holding on to the £200 they owe me. Despite being over 5 working days past the original deadline. They always take at least 20 minutes to answer the phone and do not reply to emails in a timely fashion. No apologies or explanation to why they can't process the payment. They weren't even using the meter readings I was giving them - just estimating my usage through the whole contract. Avoid.
