Was really happy to join this company but was originally quoted £28 per month and now two years later this is up to £42!!
Phoned to complain at the latest rise on the direct debit and had to wait 30 minutes for the phone to be answered. When asked why my direct debit had again been increased, I was told that offgem had told them to do it. Will be leaving when my contract is up.
