They are one of the worst companies I've had to deal with.
They increased my monthly direct debit to such a high amount , that I was in credit by approximately £500.00 by the end of my contract. They obviously kept the money in their account rather than reducing my standing direct debit.
They don't care about their customers. I would not recommend them. Be warned !!
