Unfortunately my 2 bouquets of thank you flowers failed to arrive on time. The details online state by 7pm, which was fine, although I was told they would be delivered by 5pm when I called to check. When they arrived finally at 7.15pm it was too late as the event had finished.
I got a reply to my message, apologising and a refund was completely sorted. The flowers looked beautiful when they arrived but everyone had left
