Second time I have used this florist. Both times I cannot fault them. Sri (apologies if I have the name wrong) helped me through the process of picking the correct flowers for the bereavement including colours. He even called me, when making up the arrangement, to check on pollen concerned, so the right flowers are included, in the delivery.
