Easy to find what I wanted on the website and I rang to see if it was possible to tweak a bouquet contents. The person I spoke to could not have been nicer or more efficient. The recipient loved her flowers, complete with more of the ones she particularly likes. This is what fantastic customer service looks like. Thank you!
