I cannot rate VAn Arthur too highly. I placed order at 14:30 for a Bright Spark bouquet delivery between 16:00 to 20:00. It was for an old friend diagnosed with cancer. A gorgeous, vivid display was delivered at 15:55. Brilliant! You made hers and our day with your splendid service.
