Having left a message on answer phone to which I never received a ring back I had to use on line ordering. I’m not experienced at this but found it quite straight forward. I received confirmation of order quickly which reassured me that all was well. I used this florist at our friend’s request with the current situation ,as it was for a funeral and it was important that they were first class as we can’t be with them. I will wait to hear from them after the funeral.
