Very sell damaged and defective products and then refuse the replace them.
Avoid this company or it will cost you a lot of time and money.
Report them to the Financial Ombudsman, Office of Fair Trading and The Retail Ombudsman, that is what I did.
Very are rogue traders, if you have also been ripped off keep posting what happened to you on all the review sites. Consumers have rights.
Don’t let these crooks rip anymore people off.
