Ordered a pair of trainers. Had to setup an account and go through a credit check, thought it was worth it to get a good deal on the trainers (big mistake). Very.co.uk emailed me saying they would take 2 weeks to arrive. I was disappointing by the long wait. 10 days later I log on to my account to see if there has been any progress. The account said the delay was now over 3 months. Now i am frustrated. I check the normal website and the trainers are still advertised as being delivered in 2 weeks. I call the call center, I was told that they were delayed by 2 months and that the sales website was wrong. I asked to cancel. The lady told me that I couldn't cancel. I asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then cut off. Called again, spoke to a more helpful guy but he couldn't resolve. I then got put on hold for 20 mins (no resolution). My advice would be to avoid this retailer for a more reputable one.
