I bought a fridge freezer in August.
This morning the freezer had stoped working.I called and was in the phone 1 hour 45 minutes to be then cut off after going through three different departments.
I started off wanting to get it fixed it’s still under warranty and I took extra cover out.But the way Iv been treated and a full morning been wasted I know want my money back.
Appalling customer service.
All the automated voice on the phone says is
If you want to make a payment,that’s all there bothered about.
