Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered item which was damaged, you have to wait for about 35/40 minutes to talk to someone, . I sent damaged item back but they wouldn’t do an exchange, resulting in me having to wait until the returned my money before reordering. By this point my item was then out of stock. Ordered a different bed throw and a completely different item arrived, again refused to send me out the item I did order originally until I sent the wrong one back. They organised pick ups which didn’t end up not turning up to collect the items resulting in further delay, and advised on numerous occasions I would receive phone calls back and they never phoned back. Absolutely shocking service, will never use very again.
