on 13 December I ordered a Lenovo tablet for my daughter as a Christmas present. It was supposed to be delivered on 19 December. Nothing delivered yet and I'm still waiting. I phoned and emailed the customer services many times and all I got was a cold answer that they will send an email to their tracking department to ask the supplier. A customer service representative told me that you won't get your order before Christmas and there is nothing I can do about.
