I ordered bedroom furniture, it cost me close to £600. When it was delivered it was water damaged. The boxes were soaking and even the delivery guy said I shouldn't sign for it. I sent it back and called very.co.uk to say I had sent it back due to damage and wondered when they could resend it. To my complete shock they told me that they wouldn't be resenting it and that I would have to reorder and pay agin whilst I wait for my refund which will take up to 21 days. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The items were damaged and they didn't want to replace them but instead wanted me to reorder everything all over again and pay out of my pocket. Did not reorder and I am now awaiting my refund. Beware!!
