3 weeks wait for a £200 gift, 3 days before delivery they text me to say it wasn't being delivered.
Rang to be told it would be a further 4 weeks!!!
And may change again!
So 7 weeks in total!!!
Cancelled the order and was told that the item may still come in 4 weeks and that I would have to reject the delivery and wait another 2 weeks for a refund!!! So 6 weeks for a refund and 9 weeks since I placed the order.
Was passed from pillar to post on Twitter he phone and when asked to speak to a manager every time they told me managers don't speak to customers!!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
Trading standards need to be made aware of this!
