Cheating promotion, Bad Customer Service. To Avoid On 04/09/15, I received an email from VERY with £20 OFF – say hello to Autumn… ,which was saying all I need to do is spend £50 or more in one order before 24/09/15; Quote 6LR7C at the check out; £20 will be credited to my account. I then placed an order of £54.25 on 04/09/2015, I should only owe VERY £34.25 at that time. One item was in poor quality then I returned it on 17/09/2015, so the balance should be £26.75. However on 23/09/15, I just found out that the £20 voucher has been removed and I am required to pay £46.75 for the order. I sent many emails to VERY customer service, only on 05/10/15, one person named Nangamso Booi confirmed to me that: "I am pleased to confirm that the £20.00 will be revoked on Sat 17 Oct 2015 to this order. Although this may not show immediately on My Account, you will see this adjustment on your next or following statement." I then waited the voucher to reappear in my account since. However, on 17/10/15, I checked my account again, and found out that £20 voucher did not appear, and moreover, £12.00 Missed Minimum Payment Fee and £1.51 Account Interest was added. Which means I owe VERY £60.26 now, it is a bit of shocking. I sent emails to these so called customer service, only was told that: "It is important to pay your account before the payment due date or you may incur late charges. This is the reason that a late charge has been charged to your account." I regret I did online shopping with VERY, and I am VERY VERY disappointed.
