Purchased goods, weren't as described.
Returned following day, parcel lost in their hub. Been 11 days since returning and now saying the refund wont be processed for another 15 days despite the website clearly saying 3-5 days.
Furthermore the customer service team hung up on me and were laughing amongst themselves behind the phone. The only thing Very thing here is very bad service.
Wouldn't recommend if buying on a whim.
