This company as the worst customer service I’ve had ever come across. I purchased a HP BEAT computer and an Apple laptop in August 2015 on their 10% cash back offer which should have been refunded to me in Oct 2015
After 20 calls to their customer service department and several emails I have now been told the goods I ordered were not on the offer. I checked at the time to make sure the goods were on the offer, despite this they are refusing to refund the money.
I feel I have been cheated!!!
