I bought a Guess leggings, i have wear it once and it looked horrible and damaged.
I have sent it back now the first person I spoke said that she would replace it. Over week later i havent received anything or refund. I called them and this lady that answered was so rude and did not let me talk and told me that i need to wait 10 days and call back and if I want replacement i need to pay again or wait for the refund, now they havent got the size i wanted .
Anyway i just did not like the way she spoke to me soo rude.
