As a loyal Very customer I had to write to advise you of a serious complaint.
I ordered some Converse trainers. They arrived today and they were secondhand! There was mud on the soles and on the white trim around the trainers. They had obviously been worn.
I was appalled that a company like yours is sending out secondhand trainers claiming they are new.
I would be interested on what you think of this and how I will be compensated?
