I am so appalled at very.com! I placed a large order 2 weeks ago to be delivered to a collect plus store. They split it into 5 parcels. 1 of the parcels was too big for store to accept so they rtd it to very. I rang very immediately to let them know what had happened, they assured me that the parcel would be resent and not to worry. The order contained lots of 3 for 2 offers. Very did not resend parcel, they rtd them all to account, causing all 3 for 2 offers to be cancelled. I had to wait 40 mins on the phone to try and sort it out. They then re ordered the missing items, one now out of stock. He assured me all 3 for 2 offers would be re applied. They have not! Have emailed twice to get matter resolved...no response. Account is now a mess, loads of adjustments to account, charging me for items that should have been free. Horrendous experience! Still not resolved.
