Seriously worst company ever!
Placed 1 order before xmas, which was quite large, numerous items turned up wrong or faulty, spent the run up to xmas returning items and on the phone to very.
Now the amount showing is wrong and I have had to work out myself where they have overcharged me. I have been told 3 times now that the amount will be credited but it hasn't.
Literally spent hours and hours trying to sort out their mistakes but they've given me a £10 goodwill voucher!! woo hoo
absolute joke, will never buy from there again!!!
