Very Poor! ordered a Christmas gift online. it's being sent back by Royal mail as apparently, they tried to deliver. They could not have done it, as it's a business address. When calling Very, was on hold for 43 minutes and spoke to a lady called Candis, who did not care. said i will just get a refund in 5 days, even though i said i wanted the order. Then when asked where I could escalate my complaint was told to go online and look for an email address.
