Terrible customer service. I had to make several phone calls to Very and the manufacturers to get an item which was delivered faulty, replaced. Got to wait 14 days for a refund but pay up front for a replacement because they said I hadn't got an account although, I was asked for my account number at beginning of phone call! Everytime I phoned I had to explain the problem (why don't they make notes on the system to stop this). Just when I thought it was sorted, I checked my confirmation to find they'd exchanged the wrong item! Another phone call and full explanation to another person and I'm getting quite stressed. This is NOT the way to deal with customers. I would give NO stars if I could.
