VERY BEKO WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE Brought fridge freezer from Very in April bottom two drawers in the freezer was not freezing up in October early November. Rang Beko on December 10. They they sent a guy out from Dolphin appliances who was so depressed. Ihe should never have been at work without opening his toolbox. He told me that it was too cold. That’s why the freezer was not freezing up. I told him this happened late October early November it wasn’t cold then. Do not Buy A Beko appliance, as you could end up in the same position that I am they’ve left us with no fridge freezer all over the Christmas. I am now having to take very to small claims court for the recovery of my money back or repair the fridge freezer or replace it, I have a ask for full engineers report what is wrong with the fridge freezer as I will need this for small claims court they cannot supply this because their engineer did not inspect the fridge freezer when he arrived at properly , I am 70 years old and I look after 63 year old disabled person shame on you, Beko,
