Pity there is not a zero star option. Ordered an item. Wrong item delivered. Days of calling, 5 promised call backs - none received. No resolution, no interest, no urgency, nothing. Full details explained a dozen times, emails sent, auto responses only received. Trading standars will be informed. Bbc will be informed. Credit card company used for purchase will be called. Small claims court will be engaged for recovery of phone calls, those 'free' minutes are mine not theirs. Call centre waits up to, and over, 30 minutes, can only assume this must be pissed off customers. I am certainly one of those!
