Shocking customer service! Took payment for a sofa that was not on stock over the phone and then told me I would have to wait 3-10 days for refund. Offered no alternatives. This was my first experience with the company and OMG what a negative experience. Its a wonder the company exists at all with this level of customer care. GROSS INCOMPETENCE x 10
