What went wrong.... Everything! Delivery was late, damaged parts. Replacement being sent apparently! One month on and no parts. A wardrobe still in pieces. I've phoned them 5 times totalling 1 hour 49 mins... £49.60 charges on bill. No one responds. Online complaint form has been ignored. They simply do not respond. Unless what you order is perfect and have no problems.... You'll be fine. If something is wrong... Oh dear!
