Everything went wrong but the worst thing by far is their customer service team. Their reputation clearly doesn't matter at all to this company. They address you as if you are 1. At fault, 2. Stupid, 3. Wrong, 4. A nuisance to them, 5. A liar etc, etc, etc.
The company has a new CEO. I really hope he cares enough to do something about this so that customers don't continue to treated like scum
