Very customer services is non existent. It's true they cut you off. the managers don't come to the phones if u ask to speak to one. I've had no joy with them trying to help resolve my enquiry because they don't attempt and don't answer to any of your questions asked,no empathy no apology given either.
the staff aren't well trained or competent and I don't understand why all phone calls are recorded when they don't give a damn about in the manner an advisor has dealt with your enquiry and they don't take complaints seriously.
I work in a call centre it's come in the top 5 in the uk for customer service.

They don't attempt to re-gain the trust of a disappointing customer.
I think they are going down hill and the staff used could be outsourced so it's cheaper labour. This is why they aren't trained and coached and developed like most other uk based call centres. Maybe that's why very don't take matters seriously. they certainly don't treat customers fairly.
