Someone opened a Very account in my name. As soon as I became aware of this (when two orders arrived at my house out of the blue) I reported this to the police and Very. Two months later my credit rating has been compromised because Very won't tell the credit refereence agencies about this scam and remove the false account from my record.
If this is how they treat a non customer who has been a victim of identity theft because of their inadequate screening procedure, goodness knows how they would treat a genuine customer with a problem!
