I recently placed an order on Very.co.uk for £60. Unfortunately, the order was subsequently cancelled by Very. While I understand cancellations can happen, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding my refund.
Despite the order cancellation, the £60 payment has still been taken from my bank account. I contacted Very's customer service via phone and was informed that the issue was not their concern and they were unable to assist me.
I find it unacceptable that Very can charge me for an order they have cancelled. This has caused unnecessary financial inconvenience and frustration.
