Placed a order for a sideboard, first one came damaged so returned. After ordering another I was charged delivery twice for the item , then the item was placed on my account twice. Contacted customer serices they stated this was not the case ,even though it was showing in black and white and my account . After getting no where on the phone and no response to serval emails , I decided to contact the ombudsman only then was my account rectified . I recieved no apology or explaination
