I orders a pushchair for my daughter I didn't receive the pushchair so I rang customer services who said that by looks of things I will not receive my order there fore she was going to cancel it and refund me the money , I wanted 5 days for my money even though she told me it would only take 2 days, I rang twice on the 5 th day and was told it would take 7 days to refund me which I wasn't happy about so the manager was meant to ring me back which he didn't so I rang them back and the woman told me she couldn't tell me a date when I will be refunded which I wasn't happy about I explained my 7 month old baby was without a pushchair and I didn't have a spare 309 pound to buy one from somewhere else and she put the phone down on me !
