Attempted to place a £300.00 order today and was cut off when asking for BNPL, 2nd time could hear people talking then cut off, 3rd time could hear a woman say I"ve got a call" then cut me off but she actually swore in that sentence. 4th time I asked for a manager, 5th advisor called me arrogant, refused to give me her name, said she would not help me and kept threatening to cut me off if I did not be quiet and listen to her, asking me 4 times for my details and then asked me to spell each individual letter of my name and address. Repeatedly saying "wow, I'll cut you off" . Eventually spoke to a TM who took 30 mins to place a 3 item order. On the phone a total of 1 hour 8 mins for a 3 item order at premium rate. The call centre was in South Africa. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
