Disgusting customer service, keep being, fobbed off, lied to and cut off as they don't know how to answer my query!!!! They don't bother to put notes on the accounts so you have to start the conversation from scratch - and they owe me a £25 pound credit but it's probably cost me more than that in phone calls!!!
