I ordered a Bosch integrated dishwasher from VERY. The dishwasher came up with an error code as soon as it was fitted. I thought it may have been something I had done, so got a plumber out at a cost of £100 to check everything for me. He checked everything,and it was all ok, however the error code was still showing and my dishwasher not working, after I Had VERY take my old one away. After waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone at VERY customer services, I was told that they don to replace faulty items!!!! that I had to order another one in the meantime 'therefore paying for 2 dishwashers'. They would only collect my dishwasher for a refund. They would also pay no compensation for the plumbing call out, when ultimately it was a fault with the dishwasher.
Their customer service is horredous.
