Absolutely awful! I would never order from Very again.
They left it until the latest delivery date ( 1 week after I ordered) to tell me an item is out of stock and isn't going to arrive. So close to Xmas meant I couldn't order from anywhere else!
No real apology and the usual "3-5 days" to get a refund!
No-one answers at customer complaints...
Order from somewhere else to guarantee you receive your item, I would not recommend these cowboys!
